External mobility (outplacement)
Outplacement is about more than finding a new job. It’s an opportunity to reflect, refocus, and take control of what comes next.

About us
ProActief UvA BV is the career partner for the University of Amsterdam and has been part of UvA Ventures since early 1997. We guide and strengthen the mobility of current and former employees of the UvA and organizations affiliated with the university world. In recent years, ProActief has helped a large number of academic and non-academic employees to (re)orient their careers.
Our career coaches and trainers are professionals. Our permanent team is permanently affiliated with ProActief. We also use external coaches who each contribute their own specialization.
Rates
We charge individual rates per workshop, training, or coaching session. You can, of course, also make arrangements with us for a package of activities.
