External mobility
ProActief UvA is there for employees who are required or voluntarily want to find a new challenge. We offer workshops in personal profiling, networking, job applications, labor market orientation, and application and interview techniques. This can be expanded with individual career coaching and guidance during negotiations.
Outplacement
At ProActief, we believe that outplacement is more than just finding a new job. It is an opportunity to give your career a new direction. We combine self-reflection and job application training with an active labor market approach tailored to your personal needs.
We offer three different packages: basic (0-3 months), standard (3-6 months), and complete (6-9 months).
Internal mobility and enhancing professional development
For employees who want to get more out of their current position or would like to advance their career, ProActief UvA offers a package of workshops, training courses, and coaching. These focus on talent and competency development and communication skills. For these employees, we offer additional career coaching and training aimed at strengthening personal leadership.

Second-track reintegration
For employees who have dropped out and need to find a suitable workplace within or outside the organization, we offer individual meetings with a career advisor, training, and active guidance in finding a new job, reintegration position, or training program. A standard second-track reintegration program lasts between 6 and 12 months. If desired, it is possible to split this program into smaller parts.

About us
ProActief UvA BV is the career partner for the University of Amsterdam and has been part of UvA Ventures since early 1997. We guide and strengthen the mobility of current and former employees of the UvA and organizations affiliated with the university world. In recent years, ProActief has helped a large number of academic and non-academic employees to (re)orient their careers.
Our career coaches and trainers are professionals. Our permanent team is permanently affiliated with ProActief. We also use external coaches who each contribute their own specialization.
