What you can expect
The ProActief Career Scan helps you get out of autopilot, consciously reflect on your future and take concrete first steps. A short investment in time with a big impact on job satisfaction, employability and personal direction.
You complete a validated test that provides insight into your energy, motivation, skills and career aspirations. You then have a feedback meeting with a career coach in which you explore:
- Where are you in your career?
- What gives you energy in your work, and what costs you a lot?
- Which career skills do you need to develop?
- What can you do yourself to take control of your career?
Who is it for
For employees who want to remain optimally employable or who are wondering whether they are in the right place.
This programme is part of the UvA's collective labour agreement. You can make use of it free of charge once every two years, provided you have been employed by the UvA for at least one year.

How?
The coaching programme consists of a validated test, one meeting for a 90- minute session with a career coach and homework assignments.
