What you can expect
The ProActief career scan offers a clear moment to pause, reflect, and take control of your professional development. With just a small investment of time, you’ll gain valuable insights that can improve your job satisfaction, career direction, and long-term employability.
You’ll start by completing a validated test that maps your energy, motivation, skills and career aspirations. Based on the results, you’ll meet with a career coach for a one-on-one session to explore:
• where you are in your career
• what gives you energy—and what drains it
• which skills you may want to develop
• how you can take ownership of your career
Who is it for
The career scan is designed for UvA employees who want to stay future-fit, feel more fulfilled in their role, or are wondering whether they’re still in the right place.
This programme is part of the UvA’s collective labour agreement. You can use it free of charge once every two years, provided you’ve been employed by the UvA for at least one year.
