We support you not only in leaving your current position, but also in building a new, meaningful future. The process combines individual coaching and training with a dedicated coach, complemented by workshops and flexible online support.

Who is it for
For staff members who are leaving their employer and seeking a new role, either within or beyond academia.
How?
The process begins with an intake session to explore your goals and ambitions.
You’ll complete a validated assessment to gain insight into your strengths, values and motivation. Together, we then create a personal development plan.
Coaching focuses on developing a future vision, recognising the value of your experience, and strengthening your confidence and employability. When you’re ready, we’ll move on to job-market exploration, including practical workshops on applications, interviews and personal branding. If you’ve already started a new position, we can also support you in managing the transition to your new workplace.
Study materials are included. You’ll need approximately 4–8 hours for assignments between sessions.
