Outplacement is often a major step, especially after years of dedication within academia. We not only help you say goodbye, but also build a new, meaningful future, tailored to your personal needs. We do this through individual coaching with a dedicated coach, as well as workshops and flexible online support.
Who is it for
For employees who have to leave their employer and are looking for a new job, either within or outside academia.
How?
The process starts with an intake interview in which we take stock of your wishes and ambitions. We use a scientifically based test to gain insight into who you are. We then draw up a personalized plan of action together. This is followed by guidance and coaching, during which we work on a new vision for the future, reevaluate your knowledge and experience, and strengthen your self-confidence and employability.
When you are ready, we will start orienting you to the job market. We offer workshops to train your practical skills in this area. We also work on personal branding. And when you make the move to a new job, we will guide you through any challenges you may encounter in your new work environment.
