Look ahead in your career with a scan and three personal coaching/training sessions

What you can expect
The career check-in offers you a moment to reflect on your professional future and take concrete, forward-looking steps. A small investment of time with a big impact on job satisfaction, employability, and personal direction.
You begin with a validated assessment that provides insight into your energy, motivation, skills, and career aspirations. Based on the results, you’ll meet with a career coach for three one-on-one sessions to explore:
• where you are in your career
• what energises you—and what drains you
• which career skills you want to strengthen
• how you can take ownership of your career path
Who is it for
This programme is open to all employees, sutable for all skill levels, who want to remain future-ready or are wondering whether their current role still suits them.
This career check-in is part of the UvA’s collective labour agreement. You can make use of it free of charge once every two years, provided you have been employed by the UvA for at least one year.

How?
The programme includes:
The coaching track includes a validated assessment, a 90-minute feedback session with a career coach, and take-home exercises.
All study materials are included, and the homework assignment takes an average of 2 to 4 hours to complete
