What you can expect
The career check-in helps you get out of autopilot, consciously reflect on your future, and take concrete first steps. A short investment in time with a big impact on job satisfaction, employability, and personal direction.
You complete a validated test that provides insight into your energy, motivation, skills, and career aspirations. You then have three sessions with a career coach in which you explore the following questions:
- Where are you in your career?
- What gives you energy in your work, and what costs you a lot of energy?
- Which career skills do you need to develop?
- What can you do yourself to take control of your career?
