What you can expect
You want to remain as employable as possible, both for yourself and for the organisation. What goals do you set for yourself? This programme offers a combination of intake, testing and training that will help you answer the five career questions: who am I, what do I want, what can I do, where do I want to go and how do I get there? You will go home with a clear picture of your competencies and ambitions, your career options and a personal action plan for the next steps.
Who is it for
For employees who want to remain optimally employable and actively shape their career. For UvA employees, this is a collective labour agreement service that they can use once every two years. We work with a group of up to 12 participants.
When?
The entire programme consists of an individual intake, a test discussion and two mornings of training.
