What you can expect
You want to stay employable—both for yourself and your organisation. But where are you headed? What goals will guide your next move?
This training combines an intake session, a personal assessment and two group sessions to help you answer five key questions:
Who am I, what do I want, what can I do, where do I want to go, and how do I get there?
You’ll leave with a clear understanding of your strengths, ambitions and career possibilities—plus a personal action plan to take your next step with focus and confidence.
Who is it for
This programme is for employees who want to stay future-fit and actively shape their career path.
For UvA employees, this is a service included in the collective labour agreement. You can participate once every two years.
We work with groups of up to 12 participants to encourage learning, reflection and exchange.
When?
The full programme includes:
• an individual intake
• a one-on-one session to discuss your test results
• two half-day training sessions in a group setting
