What you can expect
Are you uncertain about the direction you want to take in your career?
Do you find yourself wondering what truly suits you, what energises you, or where your strengths lie?If so, this programme is for you.
In the Career Development Programme, you will gradually explore who you are, what you can do, and what you want. You’ll discover your talents and motivations, and learn how to use them in work that feels meaningful. Along the way, you’ll gain both clarity and practical tools to take your next step with confidence.
You’ll work on five key career questions:
• Who am I?
• What do I want?
• What are my strengths?
• Where do I want to go?
• How do I get there?
Who is it for
This programme is for employees who want to stay future-fit and actively shape their career path.
For UvA employees, this is a service included in the collective labour agreement. You can participate once every two years.
We work with groups of up to 10 participants to encourage learning, reflection and exchange.
This training is only in Dutch.
When?
The full programme includes:
• an individual intake
• a one-on-one session to discuss your test results
• two half-day training sessions in a group setting
