Step 1Where are you in your career?

The first step is about gaining insight into your current work situation, your career aspirations and what you need to take the next steps. Are there specific skills you need to learn to help you take action? Or would you benefit more from a few conversations? We work towards a concrete action plan that allows you to take control of your career.

There are two ways to do this:

1. No-obligation intake interview

You discuss your work situation and ambitions with a career coach. If it's a good fit, we'll make arrangements for a follow-up programme. This could consist of workshops or a few conversations, depending on your situation.

2. The career check-in

A compact and powerful tool that helps you take stock of where you are in your career and where you want to go. You complete a validated test that provides insight into your energy, motivation, skills and career aspirations. You then have two meetings with a career coach in which you explore:

  • What gives you energy in your work, and what costs you a lot?
  • Which talents and skills do you want to develop further?
  • Where are your opportunities within or outside your current job?
  • What can you do yourself to take control of your career?
