We are looking for professionals who have a background in higher education themselves — for example as a PhD candidate, postdoctoral researcher, lecturer, or researcher — and who also hold a recognised qualification in career coaching. We strongly believe that the combination of lived academic experience and professional coaching expertise is essential to our work.
