‘By determining your values, you rise above everyday life' (Roos Vonk, professor in social psychology). Knowing who you are and what you want, is all about your values. Values play a big part in determining whether there’s a good person-organisation fit, which is very important for both you and your potential future employer. During this workshop, we will make sure you know your values and how you can determine which organisation is the best match for you!
